Meet Mark Balanowski, our founder and CEO, and an accredited member of The Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group (CPPAG). With over 20 years of experience in the Ontario Auction Marketplace, Mark has made significant contributions to the Heavy Equipment Industry, Estate, Transportation Market and Financial Sectors.
His journey began in 1998 when he joined a global leader in auction and appraisal as Territory Sales Manager, earning accolades such as “Top Performer for Sales” and the “Dave Ritchie Excellence Award” multiple times.
In 2015, Mark leveraged his expertise and integrity to establish his own venture, focusing on innovation and technology to modernize the appraisal cycle, all while seeking proficiency for his clients with a quick turnaround.
